Today we are proud to support the global day of #WeMakeEvents, lighting up in red, to raise awareness and highlight those working in live entertainment and event sectors requiring support.
Behind every concert, show, festival, event, there are numerous hard working, highly skilled, diligent, creative professionals and businesses. Many have had their life time work and livelihood devastated and are in survival mode due to lockdown and limits of mass gatherings.
These events bring millions of dollars into the global and New Zealand economies, as well as providing connections, opportunities and memories.
Hundreds of venues from 8.00pm tonight, around the world (starting with New Zealand) will light up in red to support. For those in New Zealand, who can attend events, buy a ticket, support those who make the magic both on and off stage.
