It’s your conference, but we’ll be there behind the scenes pulling
everything together and making sure it runs smoothly and to budget.

We have a dedicated and hard working team (that make us look good!) of five, who manage the behind the scenes elements of the conference planning, such as the registration processing, accounts, administration and of course our onsite management.

Arna Wahl Davies

Client & Communications Manager

Arna has endless drive and enthusiasm to make each conference unique. Trained in hospitality (as well as working the hard yards for many years in restaurants), before turning her attention to the hotel industry, in particular the conference business. It was there that the world of event management caught her eye. Now she has over 18 years experience in event management, managing all sorts of projects from small incentive groups to large international conferences.

Nerida Ramsay

Operations & Logistics Manager

Nerida knows a thing or two about marketing and event management. A bit of a globetrotter, Nerida's career so far has taken her to Japan, Europe and all over New Zealand. Having previously held management positions at Tourism New Zealand and Christchurch and Canterbury Marketing, as well as Marketing Manager for Hanmer Springs Thermal Pool & Spa, Nerida works her magic (well, uses her considerable skills and experience) to make each event memorable – for the right reasons!
