Business Events Industry Aotearoa (BEIA APCO)

Business Events Industry Aotearoa Approved Professional Conference Organiser (BEIA Approved PCOs) are qualified to handle the most complicated of domestic and international conferences. There are less than 20 companies in New Zealand with this accrediation.

The criteria requirements are rigorous and demanding and designed so that only those who meet the criteria can attain the right to call themselves BEIA Approved PCOs.  The BEIA criteria is inspected and tested, to ensure that the PCO's work and systems are of a high standard.  Not only are BEIA Approved PCOs required to meet the strict criteria, they are bound by a Code of Ethics, Rules and Responsibilities as determined by BEIA. All BEIA Approved PCOs must also have a proof of compliance in tax reporting, secure financial systems, health and safety and carry Public Liability Insurance.

Conventions & Incentives New Zealand (CINZ)

Conventions & Incentives New Zealand (CINZ) is the marketing name for the New Zealand Convention Association Inc, a fully incorporated non-profit society, which commenced its activities in 1984.
CINZ will take a lead role to increase New Zealand convention and meeting activity from international and domestic sources, for the benefit of its membership, principal stakeholders and the New Zealand economy. 
CINZ will also act in an advocacy role for the New Zealand convention and incentive tourism sectors and provide opportunities for professional development, accreditation and education for those engaged in the sector.
