It’s a time to discuss those crucial elements: the budget, the venue, the date and anything else that’s important to you. We’ll give you a timeline to ensure you know what’s happening and when.
Whatever your requirements, finding the right location is key. Let us do the hard work for you. We’ll be busy obtaining and evaluating quotes from suitable venues, and work hard to secure the dates you want. If you’d like us to help with or undertake contract negotiations - that’s no problem either!
Budgeting and financial management
Unfortunately the least glamorous part, but it’s the backbone of any event. We’re great with preparing a detailed budget for you in next to no time. We can also help with financial management to help keep costs down and maximise opportunities.
